Refund/Exchange Rules

According to the Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade" (active link <2021-01-14> https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/3e3f6a70164711e4aa9bb36470fb9e6e), paragraph 17.2, perfumery, cosmetics and toilet preparations (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature - 3303-3307) are non-returnable goods. If you want to return the goods due to their poor quality, we will replace them (if we have the same product in stock) or refund the money within 14 working days (if we do not have the same product in stock). In order to return or exchange a damaged product, it must be unused (in its original box). The product must be properly packaged to protect it from damage during transportation. IMPORTANT! Shipping costs are not refundable, they are borne by the buyer, because when replacing a damaged product, we compensate for the shipping costs of a new product.
